Our Wedding Process
Consultation
To start, let’s chat on the phone so we can see if we’ll be a good fit. Then the next step is meeting all together in person to chat, and set the perfect environment for us to get to know each other. Coffee or lunch is my treat!
YOUR IMAGE GALLERY
I am always so excited to see all the images I captured (we usually deliver close to or more than 1000 images) that I typically cannot stop editing until I have reached the end because I know how excited you are to see your images quickly and share them with friends and family! My goal is to work quickly so I can return them to you in your own private sharable gallery. You will have your images in up to 3 weeks time
THE WEDDING DAY
I love capturing all the sweet details the bride thought up & put all of her hard work into for MONTHS! That’s my fave. I really take pride in them too, and it helps me to really think through the rest of the day's captures. Your gallery will be filled with images that you will realize later you were present for, but because of all the excitement of the day, you nearly forgot about. Your images will become magical portals to jump back to your amazing day and you look back on them for many years to come!
We are currently ONLY booking small intimate Weddings for coverage of 4 hours or less.

Wedding Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ
How far will you travel?
Our travel starts from Southwest Florida and extends throughout the entire state of Florida and all of the United States. Currently, we are not available for global travel, but if you love our work, don't let that stop your inquiry! We would love to update our passport for the right couple!
Do your collections include a second shooter?
YES! We want to ensure you have all the angles covered and both the girls and the guys have coverage for their getting ready portion of the day, so most of our collections include a second photographer for at least 1 hour.
What if I have to cancel or postpone my wedding?
We completely understand that life is not always predictable so we are totally willing to work with you if we have another date available that works well for you and your planning. There are no additional fees to move your wedding date if it is available on our calendar, but if your new date is not available, the nonrefundable retainer would be held and we would release you from all other obligations. (Any installments made up to that point may also be retained based on the point we are in relation to your original date.) That being said, we will always do everything possible to have the new date open or help you find another match and, in some cases, release funds to the new photographer on your behalf.
Will you capture both formal and candid photos?
YES! My style is between photojournalism, real-to-life and candid. I will always get the safe shots with posed images, but you will also have a healthy mix of images that are candid and just as it happened.
Do you photograph elopements?
YES! I love elopements! I have amazing vendors I can connect you with to help you plan the perfect elopement.
How far in advance should we book you?
I always recommend booking with your favorite photographer (hopefully me!) as soon as you choose your venue for the ceremony and reception. But I have come on board as early as two weeks before the wedding and am confident I can help guide you through each step at whatever point you find me and hire me, and will have you camera-ready and ready for anything. That being said, if you love our guarantee to capture your moments perfectly and you love our images (how we tell other couples' stories, and you want to see yours through our eyes too), then don't hesitate to reach out right away so we can plan out the perfect day and collection for you. I am here to be as hands-on as you need me to be. So, if you need someone that can help you book other vendors, or need suggestions on anything wedding-related, we are here to design and create the BEST DAY EVER!
Do you deliver every image you shoot?
I will give you the best of the best of your images captured the day of, so you will not get EVERY image, but there is no limit to the amount of images we add to your gallery. You get the BEST of the BEST! We do not release the RAW images however as they are unusable outside of our programs. As I mentioned, you get the best of the best so no need to worry about missing out on mages (I even share outtakes!)
